The "AIH Series" is a sorting machine that uses AI-based image processing to precisely remove foreign substances contained in food and pharmaceuticals. Materials thrown from a high-speed conveyor are inspected simultaneously from both sides using a CCD camera. Detected foreign substances are accurately eliminated by the injection of compressed air. By inspecting from two directions, the chances of missing foreign substances or defective products are minimized.
